When you’re a bit nauseous, you just wait for it to be over.
You don’t google it.
You don’t fight it.
You don’t complain about it.
You don’t try to ignore it or outrun it or fix it.
And you don’t really care what caused it.
Because we all know that it will pass.
So you just stay with it, don’t add anything, and wait it out.
No big deal.
Now substitute nausea for a bit of mental discomfort.
A piece of worrying.
A slice of anxiety.
A pinch of nervousness.
A little craving.
What do we do?
And what COULD we do?
